Wheel is one the scariest, most challenging poses out there. The challenge in wheel, and back bends in general, is mobilizing your upper back and stabilizing you lower back and hips.
In this video we’ll use 2 blocks and cover some tried and true techniques for a pain-free wheel pose. If you don't have 2 blocks, don't worry! Rolled up towels or blankets will do. Let us know how it goes for you in the comment section down below! 🤗
