Your breath is a key component as we target the muscles of your abdominal wall and develop long lean muscles. This session builds core through calm, simple and repetitive movements synced to your breath. On your inhale, soften and expand and on your exhale, firm and contract. Keep (obsess over!) length in the spine the whole time - don't forget your neck is an extension of the spine.
Generate power without stressing the nervous system. This practice will build a strong core while leaving the mind centered and calm. Let's get to it!
